The first is the top speed. Ninebot e2 is 20 km/h, and Ninebot e2plus is 25 km/h.
The second point is atmosphere light.
Ninebot e2plus is equipped with 256 color RGB chassis atmosphere light, while e2 is not.
In addition to these two points, other things like size, battery life, screen and function are the same.

The size of the expanded fuselage is 1070 * 445 * 1140 mm, weighs 14.2 kg,
and the folded size is l1070 * 445 * 504 mm.
